It seeks to be the first regional model in the graduation of innovative religious leaders, with its defined features and craftsmanship and specialization in work in terms of educational and administrative perspective, under the slogan, "formation of a generation of religious innovative that can contribute to the service of his country and the advancement of his nation.” It depends on semester pedagogic and educational activities, specialized educational courses, spring camps, trips, recreational and educational travels and summer clubs.
