"Kaaf Humanitarian" in cooperation with "Silah Gulf " Kaaf Customer Service Center opens

Kaaf Humanitarian at Al-EIslah Society, in cooperation with Silah Gulf Company, has launched a Kaaf Center for Customer Service to receive customers’ inquiries and suggestions and solve their problems. This was stated by Mr. Muhammad Sayyar, CEO of Kaaf Humanitarian, explaining that we have cooperated with Silah Gulf Company, one of the best companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain in the field of operation and management of call centers, to establish a single charitable call center equipped with the latest technologies and supplies so that it will be a suitable work environment and technically equipped for a group of competencies with "Kaaf Humanitarian" is trained and able to communicate effectively with customers through a clear and fast communication plan with all "Kaaf" departments and its administrative cadres to answer inquiries, study complaints about each department and respond to customers in the least amount of time and with the highest possible quality . Sayyar stated that the center currently receives approximately 100 inquiries per day, adding that we hope that the center will contribute to developing the performance of the departments through continuous follow-up to inquiries and suggestions, noting that work is being done to prepare a central archive for all inquiries and complaints received for the benefit of "Kaaf" in the future.
